Lily walked into the wizarding bookstore, known as Florish and Blotts and wondered around the store with a secret smile on her face. She was delighted to be around so many books! Her father would call her the 'bookworm' of the family, and her mother merely smiled in that mystical way of hers.
Along her way, she picked up her set of books for the school year and a few extras like Which Broomstick? magazine, Handbook of Do-It-Yourself Broomcare, quidditch through the ages, and acheivements in charming. She also picked up the tales of Beedle the Bard.
Then she went up to the bookstore's counter, plopping said books on it, and rang for the cashier, owner or whichever. "Hi, I'd like to purchase these for eight galleons. Oh and five sickles for the magazine." she said, emptying out her small change purse, then placing the correct amount on there, and then got her receipt back. Turning around, she accidently knocked all the books to the floor with a loud clatter. . . ---------- 4G - School Set For Fifth Year (books) 4G - For the Following Books: Quidditch Through the Ages by Kennilworthy Whisp Handbook of Do-It-Yourself-Broomcare Achievements in Charming The Tales of Beedle the Bard by Beedle the Bard 5S - Which Broomstick? --------- 8 galleons, 5 sickles

Izzy abandoned her mother as soon as they stepped inside the shop. She had the biggest grin on her face. Flourish and Blotts was her favourite place in the whole world. Isabel being a total bookworm, she had tons upon tons of tales filling multiple book cases at home, and always had her nose buried in a book in her spare time.
Heading straight for the fiction section, she allowed herself a good fifteen minutes of browsing, making mental notes of the titles of books she thought she might like. Instead of spending money they just didn't have buying them, she would see if they had them at the school library and read them there first. It was quite a clever idea, she thought, if a person wanted to save money and still have the pleasure of the stories they so badly wanted. And if she liked the books, her mum would undoubtedly buy her some of them for her birthday and Christmas.
Finally dragging herself away from the shelves, she joined the queue behind a red-haired girl she had seen around the castle. It was Lily Potter. Obviously, due to her father's fame, it was hard not to know who Lily and her brothers were, but Isabel had never really seen reason to make a fuss over them. They were just normal kids like her, at the end of the day, they deserved to be treated as such. Lily was nice, from what she'd heard from bits of gossip, though Izzy had never really spoken much to her.
As son as the woman behind the counter had served Lily, the red-head turned to leave the shop, her arm bumping into Isabel and sending her books flying all over the floor. Izzy's grey-blue eyes widened and she held up her hands as if it would freeze the books mid-air, but to no avail. They crashed around her feet, and Izzy immediately stooped to pick them up. "Sorryyyy!" she glanced up at Lily, cringing a little, and wondering whether she even really needed to apologize, since it hadn't actually been either girls' fault.
