It didn't take Melana very long to get herself sorted on the train. She was small and strong enough to slip through the crowds with relative ease and get her trunk and other belongings taken care of. The only thing she had with her now, was Leif, her elf owl, though he was still sleeping soundly in his cage. Stowing it safely above her head in the luggage rack, she sat down, pulling her black shoulder bag onto her lap and rummaging about in it.
She had brought snacks and drinks and magazines for entertainment, just in case she found herself overly bored, though she was usually perfectly capable of finding more than enough entertainment in watching the hills and other scenery roll by outside the window. Pulling out a bottle of water that seemed far too big to be able to fit into a bag of that size, she took a few sips before screwing the lid back on and tucking it in on the seat beside her.
