DESCRIPTION: My wand is not too long, at eight and a half inches, it can withstand a lot though, being quite resilient. It's made of Walnut, as far as I'm aware, and is quite thick and a little on the chunky side, but there's not much I can do about that really, is there. The core, I was told, is a piece of a horn from a Graphorn. Apparently this makes it good for defensive spells, since Graphorn hide is practically impenetrable. I suppose that's a good thing... I just wish it looked a little more elegant.
